Positive: Upgraded to a new room which was really nice and big. Location is great, friendly owner and accommodating! Bottled water and coffee available which is a nice bonus. Our room even had a sauna. Great view of the waterway with great walking paths just outside.
Negative: Mattress was not comfortable, and plastic mattress pad made you stick, making it very unpleasant. A nice bed and mattress rather than a murphy bed would be much more preferable. Didn't care for downstairs occupants who reside there smoking weed and having to smell it.
Summary: Would definitely stay here again

Positive: This review is from my mom as she was the one staying there... Really enjoyed the location and the toilet seat features. Everything was nice, the balcony was great and the room was cute. I liked the features of the house in general. The keyless entry was easy and the shoes provided at the door was a nice touch.
Negative: The stairs were a bit of a problem as I am older and recently had a knee replacement. So next time I will have to book only on the ground floor. I would have liked coffee in my room and perhaps a few more choices than coffee mate at the main coffee station. Everything else was great.
Summary: Beautiful view, welcoming space, quaint little touches, great location!!!
